Synergy's Beliefs

Beware of ANY "Spiritual Path" that claims to be the ONE true path to Enlightenment.

By nature, I'm a very spiritual, philosophical, compassionate, humanitarian soul, and as such, my life consists of a holistic value and belief system which is the cornerstone of my existence.

I am often asked what my spiritual beliefs are; so for those who write me asking this question; hopefully this page will provide you the answers. You might not agree with my opinions, and you are invited to seek the answers which you yourself are comfortable with. I went through the full Kundalini unfurling experience, and it has certainly changed me and the way I view things. Some say the experience means enlightenment; some say that enlightenment brings misery and hopelessness. I know that for myself, this experience made me sincerely realize that each of us are spiritual, light beings having a human experience... and we should be grateful for the opportunity to improve our spirit selves.

Even in this age of science, I believe in a Creator. This creator or "God" is pure energy, cognizant and limitless. I also believe that to call oneself an adherent to any particular "flavour" of spirituality is to become entitled to only that faith's portion. It is somewhat akin to baking a cake for yourself then having someone admonish you to only eat the slightest sliver, then throw away the rest. You baked the cake with your enjoyment in mind, would you not object to someone dictating to you how much of it you could taste?

If you call yourself a Christian, then you receive the Christian's share of the cake, no more, no less. Because of identifying with Christian laws, the believer will indeed go to "Heaven" or "Hell". For the Christian faithful there truly is a personification of evil named "Satan".

However, the laws of the Christians (or Jewish, or Islamic or whatever) do not apply to those of other faiths. Each faith has built up a dogma which is truth to the adherents of that faith. In other words, each of us creates our own reality and are affected by the laws of the faith we have chosen or been brought up on.

I believe that to serve a God or Goddess by name is to put a limit to that God or Goddess, for I believe all Gods are aspects of the Creator, and to call upon an aspect is to settle for a portion when the whole could be had.

So, in brief, these is my beliefs.

Overall, I wouldn't change a thing about my beliefs because I have learned a lot and will keep on learning. I know I am on the right path for me, because I receive confirmation in all of my spiritual, philosophical, compassionate and humanitarian aspirations. I have a wish: I wish everyone the peace, love, and holistic well being they need, to lead examined lives.

Your friend,

~*~ Synergy ~*~
